Im Sally aged 49 from Yorkshire.
I started weight loss journey in May 2011 weighing 20st 5lbs.
Joining weight watchers was a revelation, and with their help, and my true determination I've lost 68.5lbs.
However there are some days which are harder than others so Im hoping you Will join me with advice and tips on my journey in 2012.
