I'm overweight!!!

Well it's been three months on CD so far have lost 3stones. Am very happy to now be just 'overweight'!!

thanks all Now I qualify for IVF if needed (one of the reasons for doing CD!) and I look and feel better Now to carry on and loose another half a stone then looking to maintain.......... think I've been about this once before in the last 15yrs but that's all! Am not going to be a size 10 EVER and I accepted that years ago....... size 14 would be nice....... or just comfy in 16s (mostly like now) is fine by me

charley - i'd love to join you there but I'm not even going to try if I'm honest. I've chosen a bmi of around 27 to get to goal - this will be less than I can ever remember being in 20yrs so ...... I'm happy now and I will be delighted if I can get to my goal but I don't think I'll be going lower But good luck with yours x

That's what I thought blonde one, when I set my goal at 16 stone. I've since revised that goal... Still in the 'overweight' range though...
