Hey, well last week I started having bars had one a day for 4 days I also increased my water intake to about 7 litres. On Sunday at my weigh in I had only lost a 1lb.
So i decided to change my order and go back to just shakes and my 200kl meal(im on SS+).
Now I've put on 1lb? I havent done anything that I'm not meant to do. Im baffled.
Hi Dancing, yes my 200kl meal is sometimes less, because I mostly have fish and a few sprogs of broccoli.
Prior to my weigh in I only had 1 cup of coffee.
I dont know if it's water retention, could I try the herbal aquaban?
