Hey, well last week I started having bars had one a day for 4 days I also increased my water intake to about 7 litres. On Sunday at my weigh in I had only lost a 1lb.
So i decided to change my order and go back to just shakes and my 200kl meal(im on SS+).
Now I've put on 1lb? I havent done anything that I'm not meant to do. Im baffled.

Are you carefully measuring your 200cal meal and only having what is listed?

Our hormones can cause water retention at different stages of our menstrual cycle. For me it is the week of my period but it isn't always at this time for others.

Also are you having a pack or drinking water prior to your weigh in? A litre of water is about 2.2lbs! and a pack will make a difference too.

7litres is alot of water and while I advocate drinking alot perhaps for you 6 litres might have a better result.

Just keep going though - you will be losing fat

Hi Dancing, yes my 200kl meal is sometimes less, because I mostly have fish and a few sprogs of broccoli.
Prior to my weigh in I only had 1 cup of coffee.
I dont know if it's water retention, could I try the herbal aquaban?

can't advise on the herbal aquaban - perhaps a CDC knows more about this.

How frustrating for you. It seems like you are doing everything right. All I can say is keep going and it will work for you. Why not try having slightly less water for the next week and see the result?

Hope someone else has something more useful to tell you.
