not many eggs as before but up fruit and veg and salad big time. A HUGE fruit salad in the morning, HUGE salad with cooked mushrooms onion anything I can find really ontop with tin of tuna or chicken or ham or sw quiche, and roast, spag bol, curry, cabonara and saved a HEb usually a hifi bar and fruit for the evening
