Im starting again.... help!

Hiya, I too was going to try doing LT again, only managed a week last time, but am going on holiday in ten wks, so need drastic measures. However, instead of doing the full monty of only shakes and bars I've bought some bars and shakes from the website Avidlite, and I'm eating a low carb meal for tea. Now I've only been doing this since Sunday, but so far so good, I've got weighed this morn and lost 4 lb. the thing ghats working for me I think is the fact that I know I'm having a meal at tea time so this makes me less likely to cheat during the day. Have read so much about dieting, ketosis, only having so much carbs a day etc, that I was totally confused. Thought id give my own method a go and for me at least it seems to be working. Wish I'd done it this way last time.
