I'm starting back

Hi everyone, I'm starting back on CD today is my first day. I injured my leg last October and since then have not been able to exercise or walk properly. I have messed around with CD doing it for 3-4 days then eating normally etc. I have had surgery on my leg and have been told to lose weight. So here I am with 4 stone to lose. Day 1 here I come. Help keep me on the straight and narrow - I've done it before I WILL DO IT AGAIN :)
