I was very hungry for the first couple of days, if you get to the point where you cant take it any more. have a salad! i know your not meant to, but sometimes i do it, and i do fine. Oh and drink, it fills you up.
1st week - -10lbs
2nd week- -2lbs (my own fault)
3rd week- 4 days into the week and 6lbs lighter!
I am DETERMINED to loose my weight by Christmas. and just remember. nothing tastes as good as being skinny will feel.
