Hi there, im 125lb 5'5ft and battled binge eating for the past 4 years!
Getting back on track now thanks to slimming world but i am worried that if i total up my calories they are usually between 1700-2000 a day? i checked this today for the first time!
So far its been 5 days without a binge which is great.!!
I do cycle to work everyday which is a 9 mile trip (4.5 there and back), i walk into town at lunch which is around 20 mins altogether and i gym for 30 mins a day cardio.
Thats a lot of calories isnt it?
Most of these do come from fruit, vegetabl, chicken, pasta etc and very little from foods such as chocolate/biscuits/peanut butter as i tend not to eat them as they are a trigger!!!!
