So after moving up to SS+ last week, I had a much better loss than I have in previous week so must have kick started my metabolism! Going to SS+ for another week and see how I get on - I'm only a stone off being healthy now, so will soon be moving up the steps (I can barely believe I am saying that - I can't believe its been 9 weeks!).
So far I have been pretty much been eating chicken and the allowed veg. Tonight for example I have chicken with rosemary and broccoli. I was just wondering if anyone had any imaginative ideas for me to try? I don't like anything spicy and I have a fear of mushrooms so don't want any recipes containing those!
Any help would be appreciated
