In need of motivation!!!

    Hi I am new to this, I am currently calorie counting to lose weight, so far I have lost 36lbs, and previously on this diet I came down from 16st3lbs losing 38lbs so in total I have lost 74lbs. Now I am at standstill nothing I do will shift the weight I have increased exercise but still nothing I have got 13lbs to lose which I would like to have lost by the end of July (my original target was May but that didn't happen).

    Any ideas???

    Well done on your fantastic weight loss to date! It's really impressive. I'm not sure what to suggest to help you lose the last little bit as unfortunately I've not got that close to my goal weight yet! I notice from your BMI is already 22, which I thought was a 'healthy' place to be. Perhaps your body has found its natural size? Hopefully someone else will have more of an idea. Congratulations again on your loss - you've done really well.

    I'm not really too sure about calorie counting..however, I follow WW Points system and every time you go into a new stone range you drop a Point. I wonder if your allowance needs tweaking? Are you doing enough exercise?

    Maybe take a look at some different types of diets to see if that will kick start the weight loss again?

    How many calories do you have a day on adverage?
