in need of urgent advice

hi everyone

just restarted LL 2weeks ago and its all gone wrong.:cry:

Dispite sticking to the programme and my counseller agreeing that i'm in ketosis. ive only lost 3lbs in the first wk and half pound in wk two.:sigh::cry:

the only this ive done different is used quite a lot of the furit flavour??? could that be the reason??

Has this happend to anyone else????

Just because your have decided to get weighed weekly does not mean your body will lose weight on a consistent weekly basis. As someone who has been on LL since last september i have seen loads of people with different weight loss progress. Some lose loads one week then nothing the next and some lose teh same amount on a weekly basis. The hard thing for you though is that it is dishearening not to lose a large amount. Long term though it will balance out i promise.

Also water retention and where you are in your cycle will affect you. Drink more water as well as this could help. Are you excercing? if so, then muscle weighs more than fat so you could be losing fat which wont show on the scales.
