In simple terms.....

Does SF mean:

1. The foods on the list can be eaten freely, but a) only at meal-times and b) til satisfied, without weighing and at 0pp?

2. You are permitted 49PP for the week?

3. No snacks? Unless they are PP'd?

4. So, if I had WW meals to use up but tried to make my meals from the SF list, I could eat it as a snack and PP it?

Sounds lots easier!! Planning on re-starting on Wednesday so really trying to plan for shopping
