Another 3lbs off at my weigh in today, 2st 6lb altogether - and I'm now under 12st, so chuffed!

CD08 - I'm 5'6" and my ultimate goal on my ticker is 9st, but anything under 11st will be brilliant so I will see how it goes. We should definitely buddy up! You are so close to your goal, that's brilliant!
