Indian rice???

Please help, I'm having an Indian tonight & would prefer pilau or special rice instead of boiled, anyone know the syn values??

In the SW book it says 2.5 syns per average serving, I have no idea what average serving would be though!

Thanks for your help. Is that for pilau? If I say 5 for half container hopefully that should cover it.
