You could always try asking for a dry vegetable dish and just allow a few syns for any oil and also ask them to make it with less oil :)

That's not that bad!!!! Don't cry!

Lamb Rogan josh is only 6.5 syns so the chicken is probably the same (comparing with the others in the book, any lamb ones seem to be one syn more than chicken mains, so I'd treat it as 6.5)

Boiled rice is free
A 1/4 of a garlic naan is probably between 4 and 5 syns, because a whole plain naan is 20 and a peshwari is 25, so garlic will be somewhere between the two.

So I estimate a total of 11.5. So not too bad actually! :)
