Insomnia sucks

Still awake!! Not been able to sleep before 5am
For a few months now
Gp sees nothing wrong with it so wont give me any sleeping tablets i dont tpuch cafine n dont eat sugary stuff
Have tried baths, lavendar, warm milk, countimg sheep, chamomile tea and more

I have reflexology for pain but it actually helps me sleep too as it puts everything in balance. Although every now and again I still wake up at 3 am. Not good
If you can get hold of them ) normally only in France but can find online) there is a horrible liptons licqurice and mint teabag. Drink a cup one hour before bed and believe it or not it works. Not nice but if it helps it's worth it
