Intake...and weight?

    How much extra pounds to you guys find that u have gained throughout the day...due to food intake and water intake?

    ive gained 5lbs just weighed myself and have a jacket on cuz im frezzing and have had 5litres of water :)

    I'm 4 1/2 lbs heavier than I was first thing this morning. REALLY annoying!

    I know it so is...thats why I always get weighed by my CDC in the morn! I dread to think what it would be if she weighed me in the evening! Does anyone know if sparkling water is allowed?

    Sparkling water is allowed! Fills u up much more but I think some should limit this if having trouble losing weight.

    I hate hate getting weighed in the evening! I prob weigh 3lbs more than what I weighed this morning!

    if you stop drinking a couple of hrs before hand it can go down 1/2lbs :)

    Definitely at least 4lbs heavier at night than in the morning. That is with clothes on usually, although i weigh in the morning in the nuddy!

    I must be odd as i often weigh the same at the end of the day as at the start. Or maybe i just pee loads lol

    I weigh 4lb more now than I did this am.

    Anyone else heard the old adage : 1 pint of water weighs a lb and 3/4 ?

    I must admit I never tried weighing it, maybe I should!

    4lbs usually. I go by my own weight in the morning, am always heavier at my CDCs.

    About 4-5 lbs I think, but I confess that I don't weigh in the daytime as I'd scare myself silly. I always weigh first thing in the morning with my nightie on as that's roughly what I'll be at my CDC's (not wearing my nightie but the equivalent, you understand ;) )

    Roughly 2-3lbs I get weighed at tea time with my cdc wish it was morning though.
