That's a great article and explains why some people are losing slower than they're used to. And that losses this way are healthier. Thanks for sharing.

I am loving the new PP plan at the moment. I have lost 5.5 the first week and then 2.5 the second, that is more on the first 2 weeks on any plan when I have started on a new diet before its been to lose 2 or 3 stone and I have lost really slowly on this one I have only a stone to lose so I am amazed at how much I have lost. I hope it continues.

I have joined WW when pro points came out. I have lost 3 1/2lb in first week (not been weighted this week yet but expecting small things as TOTM now. I have always been a SW girl as tried WW previously & didn't like the fact you have to point fruit but I now love it. Well done WW
