    Hi Ladies

    I have been inspired by the outstanding results you all seem to have had.

    I have just had my medical formed signed off by my GP and on Saturday going to meet the consultant to get my supply of CD stuff.

    I am excited and nervous at the same time as this is last chance saloon as I have tried every diet going (cant seem to get any good results). I am feeling very motivated but also worried I will be very hungry.

    What is the best step do you think to start on and do you really not feel hungry after a few days or so.

    Good luck starting CD,
    Personally i suggest the ss plan as i have done well on this.

    I'd try SS at first. Its given me great results so far:)
    Good luck with everything. CD has been a revelation to me. The weight is coming off quickly and I'm genuinely not hungry. The first few days are a bit miserable, but cutting out the carbs for a few days before you start seems to help.
    Keep reading the success stories on here too. They really do inspire me to keep going:)

    Good luck on your journey!
    I honestly didn't feel hungry (this is a restart for me) but it was the habit of eating that I found stood out more. I didn't realise how much I picked!
