Hi Everyone!
I have just joined cause although I have been dieting for a few months and have seen somre results think having the support of other dieters is really important!
I am from Leeds but have lived in Korea for 9 months teaching english and unfortunately the yummy food and copius amounts of cheap beer caused my once slender frame the pork up considerably. I'm half way there to my target weight which I want to reach by September 21st when I am visiting home!
