I am starting the diet tmrw, really nervous but looking forward to seeing results. I havent weighed myself yet b- leavng it until tmrw but I estimate I have to lose 4-5 stone. Unfortuatly I have a hen weekend in April so will need to come of TS for that. Apart from that I plan to stick to it 100%.
I think ill be writing loads on this to keep me occupied as a the moment I feel like all I do is eat and think about food so will need distractions.
I miss being the person I used to be, I feel like I have buried the real me under a load of fat and baggy horrible clothes.
