Iron Deficiency

Anybody here have it? Just wanted anyone to share any advice or experience.

The doc told me I wasnt anemic but I requested my level and it was 6. I seen some info that says below 12 is anemia.

Needless to say im on 210mg Ferrous Fumerate 3x a day for 3 month.

I have a level of 9 and was put on tabs. Happened during pregnancy and was on them for months after. Hated taking them. I manage to control it now with diet
