I've had a bit of a rubbish time since last weigh-in, my head has been completely in the SW zone for weeks and months now, but last week I was absolutely 100% (not one of those 100%-if-I-choose-to-ignore-this-and-that weeks, a proper 100% week!) and gained a pound. Since then I've felt really off it, and just really really want to have a proper binge.

I got home from a day shopping, ordered a big fat Chinese, then checked today's post..

I've only been nominated for my group's Miss Slinky. Oooops...!
