irregular period??

hi ladies, i'm sure i'm not the only pcos sufferer who has irregular periods, though about 2 weeks ago i had my first for around 18 months, and i forgot to take my microgynon pill this morning and i have a period already!!!
cramp is killing me :sigh: not sure whether to give the pill a miss for 7 days or start it again tomorrow and hope the cramp dies down, any suggestions?
