I have just got a two week trial of Alli and it suggests doing a 1400 kcal diet and no more than so much fat per day. I have no idea about how to cound kcals for everything I eat. Do you think I could take it alongside WW?

I think your body needs good fat's anyway. Cutting fat out completely isn't a good idea, just saturated fats I think

If you follow WW youll probably find Alli doesnt work as your diet is pretty low fat

Personally I wouldnt waste your money
