I have been doing this for 5 days now, and tbh, have not noticed that much of a difference. I am following the 4 golden rules, and eating slowly, stopping when I am full, etc, but am wondering if it takes time for your body to acclimatise, and realise that it is not being starved, and that if it needs food, it will get food.
I have been on the "Dieting roundabout" for 3 years, trying everything you can think of, and to be honest, I love food too much to make it the be all and end all of my life. I needed to find something that would fit into my life, not let food control me, not make my kids afraid of food and let me lose weight, all at the same time. I thought I had found it with Paul McKenna, but I feel bigger than ever.
Does it take time to start working or am I set up to be a fat failure forever?
