LOL, LMAO. How cue, poor little puppy. My Mother had a long hair called Oscar for many years. Stupid dog, every time I visited I had to lie on my back so he could jump on my chest and whuffle through my beard. LOL

He's apparently a labradoodle but he's far too big! He scares people by being all puppyish but bigger than most fully grown dogs - he's awesome!

Dis just to add my 2 cents, I say give atkins a try and see if you like it. If not you can always choose a plan that will work for you. One of my friends tried atkins and didn't like it but did calorie counting and loss a lot of weight. so I want say atkins is the best diet in the world, but it was the best one for me... good luck in whatever you decide
