I'm on 59 a day, and find it a nightmare sometimes...especially if I have a day where I have a salad for one meal. I'm often tending to go eat something I feel I shouldn't (and often when I'm not feeling hungry at all), just to use up a few points.
But then I've also had days where I've had up to 20pp left over, and it's not made an awful lot of difference...at least not as a now & then thing. Wouldn't do it all the time with that amount of points, but with about 5pp I wouldn't think twice about it to be honest.
