That would work out at just less than 2.5lb a week which I would imagine is achievable if you really stick to plan and try to be active as far as possible. Although since you're breast-feeding I wouldn't rush it and just let the weight come off at it's own pace. I wouldn't like to advise on the Healthy Extra's but I believe SW do actually provide information on this and may have a leaflet that could help if you go to class? Breast-feeding should actually help your weight loss too! Hope that helps hun xx
