is it normal to bleed while doing exante TS?

Sorry if too much info, but just wanted to check if this has happened to others. I've been doing ts for 11 days now, my period isn't due until next week and I'm on the pill so never early/late. Do you think it maybe from the very low Cal's? Should I go onto working solution as of tomorrow? How well do people lose on ws? Any advice much appreciated xx

I believe it is normal for your periods to change while doing VLCD. I did LL about 6 years ago and despite having a coil which stops me having periods at all, when I was doing the diet I'd bleed every month. I think doing this diet changes a lot of things about our bodies on the inside.
