    Superfree foods are foods that are free on all three plans (Extra Easy, Red and Green). It's most fruit and veg, with the main exceptions (to my mind) of potatoes, peas and sweetcorn.

    Superspeed foods do not have to be superfree - lots of seafood is superspeed, as well as loads of beans and pulses, and some fruit. Not entirely sure how superspeed foods are determined, but I think the general gist is that they're low in calories compared to their energy density - they'll fill you up for less calories, which will help you speed up your weight loss!

    It's synnable on Red days - peas aren't superfree for the same reason.

    Babycorn is fine though!
