Hey all. I'm currently on the Lipotrim total food replacement diet.
I plan to lose a few stone using my current diet, but once I'm done, refed etc. would this diet be good for maintaining my weight? See I enjoy my meats, I really do, right now I'm cravy a few sausages and rashes of bacon.
Not out of ignorance, just lack of knowlege, this diet is based upon the ideology of restricting carbs from your diet right? But is that all it does, just restrict carbs from your diet to maxmise fat burning? I don't really know, anyway, I read the sticky at the top and theres a nice variety of foods included!
So I'm just wondering, would this diet be suitable for myself for what I'm looking for? (Which is maintaining my weight after I've completed my Lipotrim programme)
Thanks for reading
