Is there a bmi limit?

Is there a bmi limit on how long u can SS+ for? Please advise me if u know!

I would say no, but you will feel it. There will come a time you start feeling that it's just not enough!

Don't know about SS+ but when I did Cambridge I think the minimum for SS was BMI 25 plus one stone. Once you get to BMI 25 you are supposed to start moving up the plans.
