Im pretty sure everyone is really really helpful and are at different stages of atkins - I wondered if anyone is starting today/tommorow and would like to buddy up or is there a forum for this please?

Everyone here is very friendly (if mildly crazy lol) so plenty of advice to be had. I'm 3 weeks ahead of you so haven't forgotten just yet, but plenty of people starting all the time.

Suggest you just dive in, make sure you've read the stickies at the top, and post any further questions you have.
