Yes. You can.
I have been in a lot of pain the last week. First my neck. THats no surprise, it hurts 24/7, but it really flared up again.
Today, I have been in such pain, that I spent ten minutes in the bathroom at work in tears:cry:....but its notjust my neck. Its in my armpit, my ribs, my chest = hell, even my boobs hurts. (TMI
)
It hurts to breathe - every breath I take feels like a knife pulling back and forth in my chest. Thats what drove me to the loo. You can put your feet up, you can lay your head down, but you can;t stop breathing. Its just been constant.
I figure this pain, is my Fibromyalgia flaring up. WHere theres one, theres another.
Anyway, hubby and I were talking, and the year I did LL initially, I was in an awful lot of pain, and missed several weeks of work because of it.
During RTM, and the last 10 months maintaining - rarely did I have the pain that laid me up. I felt relatively good.
So, I am wondering, if it is the lack of fat in my diet now = no omega oils particulary, that is affecting my arthritis and fm?
Its very strange - and seems to make sense just based on the way I fetl the lat ten months, but before and after I suffered.
Its not enough to put me off LL, its just interesting and I wonder if because I am notg getting any of those essential oils now if its causing the flare ups.
Anyone ever hear of anyone go through similar?
