Am i allowed a a splash of soy sauce or lea and perrys in my chicken soup?

i'm finding the soups getting the same even tho i add tabasco sauce and pepper?

You're not supposed to but I can't see that a tiny splash once a day would really hurt. I used to put a bit of lea and perrins in my soup and it never affected me.

If it were me I would try it and see.

Reckon it would be ok, as long as it was just a splash. Might make you retain water about though as it's a bit salty.

What about chilli powder ? have just added a pinch to my chilli soup. Hope its ok.!!
