Extra Easy Is this ok?

Hi there everyone, I was planning to have stir fry tonight but picked up pack stir fry vegetables instead of buying fresh vegetables and doing it from scratch. Is this fine to use the pack vegetables instead of doing it from scratch. It is the ASDA Grower's Selection Mushroom Stir Fry and was planning to have it with diced up chicken cooked in fry light and soy sauce also half a sachet of the Blue Dragon Sweet n Sour Sauce for 2.5 syns. Can someone tell me if this is ok? x

As long as there's nothing added (e.g. oil, butter, some seasoning mixes) to them, all pre-prepared vegetables are free. Doesn't matter if they're fresh or frozen, and I think even most tinned veg is free. But you can still use them even if there's added stuff, you would just have to check the syns first.

That specific pack looks fine to me.

I use that pack all the time its defo syn free. Just make sure when your buying prepared veg that there is no oil/butter. I made that mistake with a veggie soup mix and it ended up being 7 syns for the packet.
