It's a nice sunny day to feel in control :-)

For me, being in control of myself and not feeling helpless as to what stick in my gob is as important as losing weight. Although I really do not like doing CD, it is a great feeling to feel in control and know that I am doing absolutely everything possible to lose weight and sort myself. Short of starving, there is nothing possible better you can do than SS.

I am on Day 7 today and it has taken me since 6 weeks to get through day 1, so that's a major vitory for me.
