Hi, I'm a newbie, day 15 for me on SS. So far, so good.
I lost 3+ stone 6 years ago on WW whilst literally exercising my backside off. I've put all the weight back on - to the pound- but can't exercise due to seriously injuring my back in Feb. I figure the best way to help my back recover is to lose the excess weight as quickly as possible, so here I am!
