It's not good!

This weekend has seen an ginormous amount of synful food consumed! My daily "sneeky peek" confirms that naughtiness!

I have eaten way too much of the wrong foods and had people staying the weekend!

It all started on friday when OH agreed we would go to Nando's for dinner but then changed his mind and as we were out I was bloody hungry and ended up getting a sandwich from Tesco's.

On Saturday the same happened again but this time from Asda - he wasn't hungry but I was!!! This was followed by a chinese take away and lots of apple flavoured vodka.

Sunday was regular sausage sandwiches x 2, half a bag of cinder toffee (the fair is here), 2 chocolate muffins, 3 piklets with margarine and half a bag of kettle crisps!

oh my!! my scales show a 2lb gain! best get back on track and hit the gym everynight this week!

Lol...but was it worth it??? Did you have a good weekend?
Dont feel guilty about it hun...just get back on plan and you may be lucky and get away with it at weigh in.
I think this is why I have a weigh in on a Monday...I cant saboutage my weekends!

You may have put on a couple of pounds but sounded like a good weekend. Start afresh.

Had quite a good(ish) week, just did my weekly weigh, no movement, oh well. Start again and keep going!
