I use mine for soups, so simple just chuck all you ingredients in the saucepan, dony need to chop nicely, when cooked whizz it up, lovely lazy way to get great tasting soups. sure there any many good cooks out there who use them for graet recipes but i am a KISS girl

I've got veg on boiling now. All veg starting to curl at the edges. BNS, parsnip, broccoli, green beans and mange tout. Simmering in bouillon (salt free cos I hate salt). When soft I will whizz and it will be gorgeous, nutritious, filling and FREE!!!
