I have 4 or 5 stone to lose yet again as I put most of what I lost back on again . At the moment Im feeling like I dont want to do this diet for much longer. So, I have decided to do the diet until the end of this year (and hopefully in the process, lose most of, if not all of that 4/5 stone - I know it can be done if I stick to it :D) Then, hopefully, I can start the New Year 2010 at the weight I want to be at and I can start back doing what I want to do in life (which I had to give up due to being unfit again.) New Year and New Start (and all that.)

    What do ya think ?
