I've been on lighter life for 4 weeks now and have lost a stone:). Its a fab feeling but i can't help but feel like it should be more noticeable. Though i tell myself my clothes feel different i can't help but think its my imagination because i know i've lost it. and the only comments ive had are from people who know i'm on it.:mad: . I guess i'm expecting too much.

That's still fabulous :) I've reached my stone on LL today. And the only difference is my jeans won't stay up, But ironically i still look the same size though. People only seem to notice, if they are aware of you doing it.

Don't despair - it took 5 stones lost before my colleagues noticed!! When people start to notice, they never stop. So enjoy it when it starts to happen, which it will. ;)

Good luck, and well done on your great start.

I went on the scales this morning and i've put 2lbs back on! I drank 3ltrs:)(great achievment) of water yesterday and had a little lapse (ate some chicken)!!!! But i dont think it was the chicken I think I retained alot of the water because I didnt need to use the loo much yesterday. Feeling a little deflated.:( Or inflated depending on how you look at it! I'm gonna wear a skirt i havnt worn in a while today. I'll inform you of any changes. chow!
