I've not cheated and put weight on???

Can someone advice me why I have put 2 lbs on in the third week of SS. I have followed the diet 100%. Last week I lost 11 lb and the week before I lost 7 lb. I haven't done anything different. Last week it was the totm...but not this week.

I'm quite concerned...I've never read of anyone putting weight on (unless cheating).​

just a few questions...

....are you having ALL your packs ?

.....are you drinking at least 2.25litres of water ?

.......are you constipated...?? :eek:

......are you drinking diet drinks ???

....lookin at your losses - they have been quite a lot in just 2 weeks....could be your body 'taking stock'...and wonderin what on earth is goin on !!!

you can NOT lose weight on so few calories per day....please don't be disheartened...keep on keepin on....bet you have a FAB loss next week.

I am having three packs per day, drinking all my water. No funnily enough, this week I'm not constipated but I have been over the past few weeks. I am drinking one small bottle of Zero coke per day and approximately two sugar free chewing gums, but I have done this from day one.

Thanks for support, I'm really concerned!!

If you stick to it this week, lose the coke zero (pleased that this is no longer in the Cambridge literature anymore!!!) and drink normal water you will see a great loss next week :)

Both myself and my friend who are doing VLCD's lost 1 lb on week 4. No idea why, but kept going and lost 4 lb the week after. Theres a thread on here somewhere about fat cells holding onto water. Maybe its because of that? Keep going. x

Hang in there, my losses started well and then petered out a bit, weigh in Thurs but I'm plugging on with it! You've lost a lot remember and it'll sort itself out over time so keep on trucking and glugging!!:D

Week 3 and 4 is notorious, trust me, Most people have low losses or put some on, dont know why, but it doesnt last.

Please do lose the coke 0, its not worth it!!!!!

I had a bad loss week 4 and still got to goal, you will do too x
