I've totally pigged out........

:wave_cry:I honestly dont know what has come over me, i've been really good!! But today, i sat and worked out all my meals and allocated my PPs but then..........i was hit by a snack attack and ate a packet of bacon wheat crunchies and a flyte choc bar (both bits of it as well!!) can anyone advise me on the PP's as i'll need to use my 49's for them!!

Don’t panic u will be absoluetely fine, ur extras r there to be used i use all of mine last week and lost 3.5lb they wudnt give us them if it made us gain :D

Flyte is only 5pp for both parts :D

Wheat crunchies out of multipack are 3pp so normal pack id say 5 to be on safe side
