It's simple, I've sussed it in my first day. You don't lose weight because of the reduced calories its all the running up and down the stairs to pee!

I always try to drink my water (3ltrs) by three pm to avoid waking up to pee lol. It's sooooo annoying I'm no good on broken sleep. But yes, I spend a hell of a lot of time running up and down to the bathroom. I can actually feel my muscle pulling at the back of my thighs. All worth it, still irritating though :)

I would have to agree that it is more about the pee'ing!

And what about if you run up and down before you get to the toilet... you will run extra fast as your bladder is so full...

Just think of the calories!
