Extra Easy Jacobs mixed seed crispbread, Help!!!!!!

Hi Everyone

Apologies if this is not in the correct forum, still getting my head round things!

Please can someone help me, Are the Jacobs mixed seed crispbread and HexB or if not how many syns in the individual packet of five?

I cant seem to find the answer to this anywhere and am desperate any help would be appreciated.

Hey. They are not a HEXB. Found this online:

Jacobs Mixed Seed Crispbread, 190g pack (9.5g each) = 2 syns
