My current diet was (I thought) pretty healthy -
Breakfast always cereal (rice krispies etc not what i'd class as sweet breakfast)
Lunch will normally be a 200ml cup of Vege Soup and a small tub (about 200ml of salad - staying away from mayo etc)
Dinner is then a choice from follows:
Monday - Vegetarian dish (normally baked potato with low fat filling)
Tuesday - Chicken (normally with vege's)
Wednesday - Pasta (tomato based sauce)
Thursday - Sandwich / Baguette
Friday - Fish & mainly fries with the fish
Saturday - Pizza
Sunday - Trad Roast
My main trouble is at night, when I don't drink loads during the day - I just want something else to eat and need a couple of slices of toast with a packet or two of crisps and a biscuit or two! This cycle is common and i'd rather be honest about it.
I'm not sure which diet I should follow, but my target is to lose 50lb n(at least).
It would be good to know your thoughts.
