Thanks peeps, clean and green does it all the way for me. And you know, I feel great, I always do on induction. Still back to normal now.
 
Spot on Susie, no sauces or anything even resembling carbs except from my greens. I find it's the only way it works for me love. I did cheat by having black pudding on Sunday, but by then I was well on the way back to posted weight anyway.

Well done Jim, I'm so jealous! Honestly I'd be tempted to have a sex change if I could lose as fast as a lot of men do on diets. That's some discipline, though. I don't use sauces much but cheese and mayo are a necessity.
 
Lol well it's true. The first time I did low carb a bloke on the board only cut out his morning toast and lost at the same rate I did for a month! Maybe he was having a whole loaf or something.

I think it is hormones, yep. Our are far more up and down than men's and lead to us retaining water (and fat!) when we don't want to.
